For the future of the theatre industry I wish...
- more women or higher visibility
- more experiments and future-oriented work
- digital transformation in the event industry
- more nurturing of togetherness
- Flexibility (e.g. working hours) and
Diversity - more audience
- more sustainability and recycling
- fewer sessions
- less profit orientation (we don't have to have the most money to be happy)
- organization of workshops in theater schools
In my daily work life, I notice that...

- you can no longer afford anything
