Equal opportunities in art and culture – accessibility rethought

May 21th // 15:15 - 16:15

Theater should be there for everyone—on, behind, and in front of the stage. But how can genuine participation be achieved beyond the wheelchair ramp? This interactive keynote speech explores new perspectives on accessibility in theater.
The focus is on:

– A comprehensive look at accessibility in the theatre
– Including work processes on, behind and off stage
– Accessibility as a structural cross-sectional task in organizations

The interactive and inspiring round table is aimed at professionals from theatre, event technology and cultural management who would like to explore the challenges and opportunities of inclusive theatre work.

Moderation:

Lisette Reuter (founder and director)

Nils Rottgardt (Artistic Director)
