Creative Skills Europe: Skills for Equality and Inclusion

What skills do audiovisual and live performance professionals need to succeed? How can we support their career growth and adapt to sector changes?

Creative Skills Europe brings together key stakeholders across Europe’s audiovisual and live performance sectors, including trade unions, employers, education providers, and professional organizations. Its goal is to better align training with industry needs, provide accessible learning opportunities throughout careers, and ensure long-term career development for all.

The European Framework of Actions, developed by social partners, outlines shared goals for skills development, equality, and inclusion in the sector. It provides a roadmap for improving training access and promoting sustainable, inclusive career paths.

This Roundtable will present the Framework of Actions and focus particularly on the theme of Equality & Inclusion, exploring how the sector can foster equal opportunities for all professionals.
