Round Table Technical Directors

These are turbulent times. We first look back – Kurt Hrubesch presents the measures the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn has taken to achieve greater job satisfaction by reducing draughts in the orchestra pit. We then look back at the last working group meeting in February and then venture a look ahead to turbulent times ahead: What do the changes in the MVStättV mean for our theaters, and what impact does the collective bargaining agreement between the artists' unions and the Theater Association have on employment contracts in the technical trades?

Finally, we look ahead to the next working group meeting on November 28 and 29.11 in Düsseldorf and set the priorities for the working group's work in the coming year.
