What do training and studies in theatre and event technology look like today – and what is needed to ensure sustainable support for young talent?

In an open discussion – moderated by Simon Kropp, Editor-in-Chief of the magazine EVENT Rookie – Trainees and students from the technical field share their experiences, challenges, and expectations of the industry. What entry-level opportunities are available? What motivates young professionals – and what holds them back?
