The ARENA Berlin will open its doors at 01 a.m. on June 2027, 10. With 6.500 square meters of exhibition space, the ARENA Hall offers a perfect insight into the world of theater and stage technology. We look forward to your visit.

SHOWTECH AWARD
On May 02, 2027, the SHOWTECH Awards will once again be presented in four categories on the Innovation Stage. The awards recognize outstanding new products and services for the stage from exhibitors at SHOWTECH 2027.

SHOWTECH NIGHT
This legendary networking party has established itself as one of the most important and popular meeting places in the industry. Look forward to a summer open-air event with beach flair at the Badeschiff and party atmosphere in the legendary ARENA Club.

The ARENA Berlin is located right in the city center and is very well connected to public transport. The area offers a versatile space for mutual exchange. The exhibition center literally exudes the typical "Berlin spirit": 

A conglomerate of historic industrial buildings equipped with the latest event infrastructure allows history to shine through at every point, while the current technological zeitgeist stylishly breathes new life into the place. This year's party night can be expected to include a relaxed summer open-air program with a beach club flair, or you can dance a round in the ARENA Club, a former boiler house that has been converted into a stylish techno club.

Arrival by Deutsche Bahn

With the DB event ticket you can travel to SHOWTECH sustainably, relaxed and at attractive conditions (nationwide from every DB train station, including City Ticket).
At the beginning of 2027, we will provide a suitable link to the reduced event price.

Arrival by public transport

The ARENA Berlin has excellent public transport connections: S-Bahn: Lines S41, S42 or S8 to Treptower Park (approx. 10 minutes walk to the ARENA Berlin). Bus: Lines 165 or 265 to Eichenstraße/Puschkinallee (directly in front of the ARENA Berlin).

Arrival by car

The ARENA Berlin is located at Eichenstraße 4, 12435 Berlin. Please note that there are only limited parking spaces available on site. If you are arriving by car, please allow enough time to find a parking space.

Accomodation

We will reserve room contingents for visitors at our partner hotels located near the ARENA Berlin. These hotels offer comfortable accommodations during the event. All details about the partner hotels, booking information, notes, and other hotel recommendations will be made available here approximately six months before SHOWTECH 6.

Showtech takes place every two years in the summer in Berlin. The event dates for SHOWTECH are listed below.

In addition to numerous presentations and discussions, the classic highlights include the SHOWTECH AWARD ceremony and SHOWTECH Night (a party night with its own evening program). Those who want to can also bring their swimsuits and go for a swim in the Badeschiff next door.

The ARENA Berlin is best reached by public transport. From the S-Bahn station “S Treptower Park“ It is about a 7-minute walk to the entrance of the location. 

Train:
The lines S41 and S42 (“Ringbahnen”) as well as S8, S9, S46, S85 stop at the Treptower Park S-Bahn station, walk from there: approx. 7 minutes (600 m).

Subway:
Underground station “Schlesisches Tor” with lines U1 and U3, walk from there: approx. 15 minutes (1,2 km).

Bus:
Buses no. 165 and 265 stop at the stop “Eichenstr. / Puschkinallee”, walk from there: approx. 3 minutes (260 m).

By car
Please note that there are only a few parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of ARENA Berlin and the location is in Berlin's environmental zone. You can find all information Here.

Parking
There is no official parking lot at the ARENA Berlin, but the location is well connected to public transport. There are a few paid public parking spaces in the surrounding streets. For example, there are a few parking spaces at a fork in the road at Puschkinallee 51A. Parking spaces for severely disabled people are available directly at the entrance to the location.

By plane
The best way to get to the city from BER airport is by public transport. We recommend the airport shuttle "FEX" or the regional train "RE8". Change at the "Ostkreuz" stop. From there, take the S41 ring line or alternatively the S8 to the "Treptower Park" S-Bahn station. The total journey time is around 40 minutes.

You can purchase all tickets for the SHOWTECH trade fair & congress as well as the special events in advance online.

Pre-sales are expected to begin in January 2027.

If you have received a discount code for SHOWTECH tickets, you can redeem it in the ticket shop on this website once ticket sales have started (spring 2027).

After your payment, it may take a few minutes for the system to process the purchase and send the emails with the order confirmation, the ticket and the invoice. Be patient. Also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation, please send an email to info@showtech.dthg.de and ask for it to be sent again. It is also not a problem if you come to us without a confirmation. As soon as you have bought a ticket, your data is recorded in the system and we will then find it.

If the QR code for the ticket did not appear in your email, you may have disabled automatic image downloading in your emails. Email programs often display the message "Download content directly". If you click here, the QR code image will be loaded and displayed. 

If this is not the case, that is not a problem. If you give us the email address you used to buy the ticket at the entrance, we will find your order in the system and you will of course be able to visit the trade fair and the congress.

Food and drinks are usually not included in the ticket price. If catering is included at one of the special events, you will find an explicit reference to this in the product description of the web shop.

Yes, we have free cloakrooms on site where you can leave your jackets or luggage for storage. You will find these at the entrance to the trade fair and congress. There will also be a cloakroom on the party night.

There are numerous hotels of various standards near the ARENA Berlin. We generally recommend booking early. We will publish a small list of possible hotels when ticket sales start.
